Complaints Procedure

The legal guarantee covering any products is valid for a period of two years. Complaints are settled within legal 30-day counseling period. You can email us at objednavkybok@seznam.cz  and provide us with your contact information. We respond without undue delay. Pack the goods in a suitable and sufficiently protecting packaging material and send it together with a complaint form as an ordinary mail (cash on delivery mails are not accepted) to the following address:

You will be informed about the result of complaint via email or telephone.

Return or exchange of goods within 14 days of receipt

Have you bought products that are non-conforming, not suit you, not like the colour? You have a 14-day period to return or exchange all purchased goods. How do you proceed in case of return or exchange?

  1. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, in original packiging with all tags along with an invoice.
  2. Pack the items to be returned or exchanged and send them as an ordinary mail ((cash on delivery mails are not accepted) to the following address: BOK&LK, s.r.o., ČSL. Armády 42, Kadaň, 432 01
  3. In case of a money refund, provide us with the appropriate bank account number. The money will be refund within 21 days from the date that we receive the items.
  4. Once we receive the returned items, we will process you exchange and will inform you about the delivery date of a different size or colour items. We will waive any applicable shipping and handling charges for first replacement.

If the contracting party (Buyer) is an entrepreneur, 14-day period, governed by the Civil Code, to return the purchased goods is not apllied. If you are an  entrepreneur, inform us.
