Using additional products (creams, gels, ointments, etc.) can enhance the effectiveness of the wrap.
For spa and cosmetic treatments, apply paraffin, cream, or chocolate. For dry skin on hands, we recommend a dry wrap combined with a healing ointment.
Instructions for use (Priessnitz wrap):
Soak the removable cotton inner layer in cold water (use less cold water for children).
Wring it well, insert it back, apply to the body, and fasten with Velcro.
Do not leave on overnight. Do not apply to infected areas, poorly healing wounds, or skin conditions such as eczema. Consult a doctor before use on small children.
A dry warm wrap can also be used on its own. To enhance heat effect, the inner layer can be warmed (e.g., by ironing).
