The BIO pillow is made of buckwheat husks and cotton fabric.

The pillow is primarily intended for a wrap belt, but you can also use it separately, e.g. for a child's sore ear. Buckwheat husks are very soft and flexible and adapt to their shape. The filling of the bag does not rustle too much.

Pillows filled with buckwheat husks help relieve ear pain, reduce pain in joint, limb and sinus ailments.

The pads can be used individually to apply to painful areas, but by inserting them into the wrap belt you will allow the baby to move without problems all day.

Instructions for Use:
Using the pad - WARMING UP: Buckwheat pillow: 
The pillow with buckwheat heats itself, heating in el. oven and microwave is not recommended!! There is a risk of fire if it overheats.
If necessary, heat the pillow only on the heater or with an iron when the temperature is set to low.

COLD (ICE) POUCH:
especially effective for reducing swelling, bruises (sprained ankle)
in the case of insect stings, etc.
to cool joint or muscle inflammations
for minor burns that do not require medical attention
A cold buckwheat poultice is more pleasant for children than an icy wet or gel poultice.

Using the pad - COOLING:
Place in the fridge or freezer to accumulate cold. If you put it in the freezer, we recommend wrapping the pillow in a plastic bag.
Apply to the sore spot.

Care and maintenance:
The pillow is not recommended to be washed.
