Instructions for using the Priessnitz wrap:

Soak the inner removable cotton part of the wrap belt in cold water (for children, we choose less cold water).

Insert the well-wrung cotton part into the wrap belt by tucking it under the straps. Place it on the body and fasten it with the loops with buttons so that the wrap adheres to the body as best as possible and its effect can be as great as possible. Always apply the wrap directly to the skin. Leave the wrap on for ten to twenty minutes, then remove it. A break is necessary after applying the wrap. Repeat until the problem disappears.

When using the Priessnitz wrap on children, parental supervision is necessary - the application and the course of use should always be supervised by an adult to ensure correct and safe application.

Do not leave the Priessnitz wrap on overnight!! The wrap should also not be applied to infected areas, poorly healing wounds, skin diseases such as eczema, and so on. In the case of applying the wrap to small children, it is better to consult a doctor first.

The dry - warm wrap can be used as a wrap alone, but to increase the heat effect, you can heat the inner cotton part, for example, by ironing. Our recommendation is to use heating pads, which you can conveniently heat in the microwave - specifically cherry stones.
