How to use the Priessnitz wrap correctly

Prepare the Priessnitz wrap as follows:

1️⃣ Soak the inner cotton pad in cold water (for children, choose slightly colder, not ice).

2️⃣ Wring it out thoroughly and place it on the chest area (bronchi).

3️⃣ Apply the wrap and secure it with Velcro so that it adheres well to the body.

4️⃣ The top layer must completely cover the cotton pad.

⚠️ Important note:

• The Priessnitz wrap is not suitable for leaving overnight!
• Do not apply to infected areas, poorly healing wounds or skin diseases (e.g. eczema).
• For small children, we recommend consulting a doctor before application.

Dry warm wrap - how to use it?

✅ Can be used as a separate warm wrap.

✅ To increase the effect, you can preheat the inner cotton pad (for example by ironing).

✅ We recommend heating pads with cherry pits, which you can easily heat in the microwave.

✅ Heating pads made of buckwheat husks naturally heat themselves.

✨ Multipurpose use!

Our wraps can be used not only as a Priessnitz compress, but also as a dry warm wrap. For maximum effect, we recommend our heating pads filled with natural materials in BIO quality - buckwheat husks or cherry pits.
