Universal multi-purpose neck and nape wrap – Pink

Instructions for use of the product: Priessnitz (wet steaming) wrap

1. Remove the inner cotton part of the wrapping belt and soak it in cold water, then wring it out well. (We choose less cold water for children.)

2. Return the inner cotton part back to the wrapping belt by tucking it under the straps.

3. Fasten the wrap prepared in this way around the neck with Velcro.

4. Always apply the wrap directly to the skin, making sure it adheres tightly.

What happens in the body after applying the Priessnitz wrap

Length of use of the wrap:

Leave the wrap on for approx. 20 - 60 minutes. After applying the wrap, a break is necessary. Repeat until the problem subsides, or consult your doctor. In the case of using the wrap on small children, we recommend consulting a doctor. Do not leave the Priessnitz pack on overnight!! The wrap must also not be applied to infected areas, poorly healing wounds, skin diseases such as eczema, and the like.

The dry - warm wrap can be used as a wrap itself, but to increase the heat effect, you can heat the inner cotton part, e.g. ironing.

As our strips are multi-purpose, i.e. they can be used not only as a Priessnitz poultice, but also as a dry warm wrap, you will also find heating pads with us. The pillows are filled with natural materials in Bio quality, namely buckwheat husks or cherry pits. You can find the exact instructions in the warming pillows category.

Dry - warm wrap (we recommend using a heating pad) to increase the effect:
In the case of cervical spine pain - thanks to the warming pillows, specifically made of cherry pits, you can perform a neck massage at an intensity that is pleasant for you.
Buckwheat heating pads can heat up on their own - you can find detailed instructions in the heating pads category.

You can also use the wrap in a dry version for normal wear.
