We use a dry-warm wrap (we recommend using heating pads to increase the effect) for:

– Colds without fever

– Bronchitis without fever

– Wet cough

Since our belts are multipurpose, i.e. they can be used not only as a Priessnitz compress, but also as a dry warm wrap, we also have heating pads. The pads are filled with natural materials in organic quality, namely buckwheat husks or cherry stones.

To prepare a Priessnitz wrap, put the inner cotton pad in cold water; for children, we choose less cold water. Place the well-wrung cotton piece on the chest area - bronchi, then put on the wrap and fasten the front and back of the wrap with Velcro so that it adheres to the body as best as possible. The top part of the wrap should completely cover the cotton pad. Do not leave the Priessnitz wrap on overnight!! The wrap should also not be applied to infected areas, poorly healing wounds, skin diseases such as eczema, and so on. In the case of applying the wrap to small children, it is better to consult a doctor first.

The dry - warm wrap can be used as a wrap alone, but to increase the effect of the heat, you can heat the inner cotton part, for example, by ironing. Our recommendation is to use heating pads, which you can conveniently heat in the microwave - specifically cherry stones.
