The pillow is made of cherry stones and cotton fabric. The pillow is filled with cherry stones and when heated, the scent is beautifully released. Using the Cherry Stone Pillow - HEATING
Heat in a microwave oven at 400 W in 10 to 15 second
intervals, with the need for supervision, breaks and temperature testing, especially when using on children.
Place in bandages and then apply to sore areas.
Warning: Do not leave unattended when heating - there is a risk of ignition if overheating occurs.
COLD (ICE) PACK:
Especially effective for reducing swelling, bruises (sprained ankle)
