Instructions for use
Heating in a microwave oven (Recommended procedure)
Cherry stones require gradual heating to avoid damaging their structure.
Place the pillow with the stones, without the fluff, in the microwave clean and dry.
Set the power to medium (approx. 600 W).
Heat in short intervals of 5-10 seconds.
After each interval, remove the pillow, shake to mix the stones and check the temperature.
Repeat this procedure until the pillow reaches the desired temperature.
The total heating time should not exceed 2 minutes.
Warning: Do not leave the pillow unattended when heating - there is a risk of fire if it overheats.
Cooling compress
Place the pillow in a resealable plastic bag and place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes. Great for swelling, bruises or headaches.
Care and cleaning
Outer fleece cover: Machine washable at 30°C (delicates programme). Remove the inner filling with seeds before washing.
Inner cushion with seeds: Do not machine wash or soak. If necessary, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let it dry thoroughly.
Storage: Store in a dry and dark place.
